Inexpensive Treatment for Autoimmune Diseases
As more and more information is coming out on the human genome and the human microbiome I have slowly moved my practice to a more food/herbal based practice and less of synthetic supplements. It seems the more we know the more we don’t know. So I for one have decided to primarily stick with what the body has known for centuries. Going back to old Hippocrates, “ Let food be thy medicine and medicine by thy food.”

This points to a diet rich multi-colored vegetables with limited acid-forming foods like processed foods, alcohol and sugars can lead to a down-regulation of pro-inflammatory diseases like autoimmune and kidney disease. And if they get the better of you maybe you should consider an apple a day along with a glass of baking soda and water!
